We start with identity. We build from there.
T.E.A.C.H. exists because too many young people are told to succeed in systems that were never built with them in mind.
01 — Our Mission
Our mission is to help youth from underrepresented communities understand the greatness woven into their history.
We equip them to navigate mainstream society with purpose — without compromising who they are.
02 — Our History
Our History.
T.E.A.C.H. was established in 2022 with a vision to close the cultural knowledge gap. What started as a grassroots effort has grown into a structured 10-month curriculum serving youth across Baltimore City, Harford County, and Cecil County.
We've partnered with local organizations and equipped dozens of youth with skills in self-advocacy, financial literacy, cultural research, and community engagement.
We envision a generation of empowered young people who know where they come from and confidently chart their own course.
