When youth understand where they come from, there's no limit to where they go. Every program we run is rooted in cultural identity, built for real-world readiness, and led with care.
01 — Who We Serve
Youth ages 16–21
From traditionally underrepresented or historically disadvantaged communities in Baltimore City, Harford County, and Cecil County.
Agency Referral
Partner organizations, schools, and case workers refer youth into our cohorts.
Self-Referral
Youth can apply directly. Two-minute form. We follow up within a week.

Youth Empowerment Curriculum
A 10-month, 20-session journey through cultural history, systems navigation, leadership, and life skills. The flagship.
